Okonomiyaki is like a Japanese pizza-pancake. That may not sound like the best combination, but it is a must try! This food is native to Hiroshima, athough you can get different variations of it throughout Japan. TRY IT! You won't be disappointed.

Sam is a friendly guy. He runs this American sports pub with his wife. He is Japanese, but much of the clientel are foriegners. I would recommend this place more than any other in Japan. Amazing!
Also, remember...Hiroshima is home to Kirin beer, one of the world's best beers!
Favorite Dish: Variety of beer...and pub food.
