This is sushi rice topped with sea urchin, crab, salmon roe and scallop with a side of pickled red ginger, picked aubergine/eggplant, boiled green leaf veggie, and shredded scrambled egg. Nice colour balance and nutritional food group balance!
I vote this one to have the sturdiest packaging. Shame to bin the package, so I've saved it and can repack it with my own home-made box lunches!
Generally, it is available for purchase only in this area, primarily at Asahikawa Station.
Manufactured by local company Asahikawa Tachiuri KK which was founded in the year 1951, starting out its operations from within the train station, and more recently enjoying general catering sales outside Japan.
