Deliberating whether this should be a restaurant or off the beaten track tip - think latter's more appropriate. The cafe is situated in the middle of rolling hills and reachable only by car / cycling. The owners bake their own breads and desserts and serve good Western style meals like cheese pots and sausages.
Beside the cafe, there's a tiny shop selling some odd pieces of clothing with no proper shopkeeper or cashier. There is even a sign on the door that asks you to shut it when you leave. Not sure if they are home tailored clothes too, but kind of looks like it.
All along the Patchwork Road, there are similar cafes. There are road signs pointing to them, otherwise they are marked on the local maps. If you cycle, you'd appreciate the hearty meals.
