ASAHI-DAKE (asahi mountain) in the TAISETU MOUNTAINS NATIONL PARK,
the most highest mountain in Hokkaido.
Very beautiful in the autumn season.
You can climb it in a lift to the terminal, and hiking is possible willingly from there.
(about 1hour waliking course)
But, Please do not deviate from the hiking course by any means!
And check a weather in mountain, too.

Asahi-dake is a volcano of the Taisetu national park, hight of 2290 meters. There is in the other side of Sounkyou gorge.
