Kunashiri island (Russia, claimed by Japan)

Take the bus to the Nosappu cape (20 minutes, Y1800 return), from where you can see the Northern Territories. It's your opportunity to see Russia without leaving Japan!

Where else could you find street signs written in japanese, english and russian?
