If you look for Activities in Toyoura Town in June/July, I would like to recommend "Picking Toyoura Strawberry" in plastic greenhouse, because Toyoura Town is famous for Strawberry in Japan. Especially our strawberry was offered to The Leaders at The Windsowr Hotel Toya in 2008 Hokkaido Toya Summit. I believe that the taste exceeds yoru expectation.

Japanese-Style Pub in our Toyoura Town, Abuta Gun, Hokkaido. Unfotunately group tour course values on TOURIST SPOT compared with GOURMET. But some of you emphasis on eating Local Foods in Season. You can enjoy hokkaido fresh and tasty food in lunch or dinner at homelike atomosphere.
I guess this eating spot is not listed on your guide book.
Favorite Dish: If you can eat Sashimi(Raw Fish), I would like to recommend you Taste and Freshness with
Japanese soy saurce and horseradish. Japanese food have lots of variety as below.
*SASHIMI - HOTATE(SCALLOP), TSUBUGAI(SHELLFISH)
*GRILL - HOTATE(SCALLOP)
*FRY - KAREI(FLATFISH)
You can enjoy Japanese foods at reasonable price.
