I came here right after I visited Tottori Sand Dunes, about 30 mins away by car. YUMURA ONSEN is very very relaxing and comfortable! It costs 1100 yen/adult. You should bring your own towels (shampoo & body soap is provided) but if you don't have them you can rent them (500 yen deposit but you get 200 yen back when you return the towels). There are indoor baths and also an outdoor bath. The baths are clean and there is a massage faucet that you stand under and it works your shoulders!
Near YUMURA ONSEN is an area where you can make your own onsen tamago (boiling an egg using natural onsen water!). I don't know exactly where this is located but less than a 2 min drive from the onsen. It is next to a river & there is a statue of a kimono clad woman holding an umbrella there. You can buy eggs from vendors and you dip the eggs into the water for about 14 mins & then after you can eat them! There is also an area for you to soak your feet in onsen water (next to the onsen tamago water) while you wait for the eggs. The temperature of the water for the feet soak is not as hot as the onsen tamago water. There are also vats of onsen water that locals use to cook their vegetables! it's a very very interesting place to visit!
NOTE: the water temp is 98 degrees C/107-125 degrees F
