notojima aquariam, may be not the best in the world but its really amusing aquariam. they have a very nice dolphin show, for sure its not comparable to florida shamo show but its very nice one.u can feed dolphins there too.
they have several fish tanks with several sizes.
the tunnel where you will see dolphins all around you is very interesting there.

really a good aquariam, if you live in japan near to isikawa perfecture, i recommend that you would take your family there.

Tour buses that explore the Noto Peninsula leave from the central bus terminal located in the ryokan district. Some of them do not return to Wakura but go eventually to Kanazawa instead, and you might find this itinerary more convenient if you are also visiting Kanazawa.
Buses are operated by the Hokuriku Tetsudo Company (www.hokutetsu.co.jp) but they don't appear to have an English web site. It will be best to inquire locally.

JR Wakura Onsen station is the terminus of the JR Nanao Line. It is served directly from the Kansai area by the Express Thunderbird. The station is some distance away from the waterfront area where the ryokans are, but if you inform them ahead of time your ryokan's shuttle will meet you at the station when the train arrives.
