Oh you must eat Hakata ramen. I have travelled all over Japan and this is the best kind in my opinion. Savory, with a special blend of spices and the yummiest noodles! It is not for vegetarians, as they use pork stock for the broth. And you have to get used to eating it with chopsticks - and experience in itself!!
