Yoshima Island is one of the islands in the Seto Inland where you can stop for a good view of the Seto Ohashi Bridge, as well as the Seto Inland Sea. Yoshima Plaza is also located here. This is where you can buy souvenirs from Shikoku or the Seto Ohashi Bridge itself, such as Watarou Setouchi, the bridge's mascot.

Although the island is mainly just an area to view the sea and the bridge, there is a cable from the Seto Ohashi Bridge on display for visitors to see its size and thickness (see picture). From its location in Yoshima, you can also look at the bridge to see the cables being used. If you want more information about the bridge, you can go to the information desk inside Yoshima Plaza for a book in English. There are also very helpful tourist maps of Shikoku available, if you are on your way to tour the island.
