There is one particular middle-aged man I see from time to time who seems to spend time just loitering by himself by wearing schoolgirl uniform or Hawaii summer dress, dreadlocks, and carrying a guitar. ?!? Well, to each his own...
Just outside JR station there seems to be a rather well-organised "settlement" lived in by the homeless. The cardboard doors can actually be "locked" by a bicycle chain linking the door and wall.
