Unique Suggestions: I'm not sure if Token is a tourist trap, because you get lots of action for your money, but I just felt sorry for the poor dogs. It was hard to watch the whole fight. No dog would gave up. Be prepared to see some blood.

Kochi is well known for Token. If you go to Katsura-hama area you can watch a dog fight.
Unique Suggestions: It will cost you around 20 Euro for the dog fight and a dance performance afterwards. You will also be able to see the long tailed roosters.
