This is a popular 'kaitenzushi' (conveyor belt sushi)place in Sendai (and other cities). Most dishes are 100-200 yen for two slices of sushi. 5-7 plates will usually fill us up, so it's a very cheap and good sushi meal.

Favorite Dish: Tuna (maguro), Salmon (sake) and just about anything that comes down the belt!

This place is somewhat considered to be the best sushi place in all of Japan. to be honest, i can't judge, as I don't eat fish.

Expect to spend at least 3,000 yen here.

There are quite a few of such restaurants around in Northern Honshu; self-served, stand only & v. economical (by Japanese standard, of course!).

Favorite Dish: Tempura Soba.

A: Not sure that this is correct. You can get the train from Sendai to Ishinomaki. The line from Ishinomaki to Onagawa though does still look to be inoperable.
