Saikai Bashi is a arch type bridge built over the entrance of the Omura Bay.

From the bridge, you can see a whirlpool that is made by fast tidal current.

Mitch, Big Herm, and Me

After my friend Tom's official retirement get together, we went to the park for the unofficial drink-a-thon to celebrate his last days in the Navy. While we were there a blast from the past showed up. The guy in the middle of the picture was my old boss in Hawaii. The guy on the left also use to work with Big Herm in Hawaii on the USS Crommelin.

Mt. Yumihari. At the top of this mountain is the Yumiharidake Outlook where you can gaze for miles above the city. It is also a well known make out spot.
