Kashimae Bay is a nice place to go with friends or family. You can hang out at the beach, do some shopping, or take a tour of the 99 islands around Sasebo. They also have the oyster festival here ever February.

If you are a serious "foodie", go to the markets in Saki Town. Here is where the real Sasebo is. Pristine vegetables, fruit and fish can be found here along with motherly looking Japanese women who usually work the stands. Great photo ops here!

Well, I am returning to Japan finally after being gone for 8 months. Sadly I am leaving again after the weekend. The good news this next week is the Cherry blosom festivals. Great time to visit Kuyushu!

You must feel like you are in Holland. Ornamnet are so great. They have some attractions too. If you go there past 5pm, you can go inside 2000yen. But you better take pics lots before get dark because they don't have much lights on.

This is a theme park to recreate what Holland is really like. They have built windmills and canals to recreate the feel of Amsterdam and its surrounding area. There is a wide range of food to be sampled, either Dutch or Japanese.

Domtoren
This 105 m. high tower is a replica of the tallest church tower in Utrecht, Holland, that was built more than 600 years ago. Visitors can take an elevator to the 80 m. level for a panoramic view of the streets of Huis Ten Bosch and Omura Bay.
