Any Hip Hop club - Japanese B-girls are solid: Osaka - go to Amerikamura and pick a club

Listen, just go, if you can't figure it out from there you're hopeless. Dress like you were about to be in a Jay-Z video, all the Japanese people do. Nah, don't follow the crowd, dress like you want to

Motomachi District: Hakodate - Romantic walks

by iam3xxx

Take a night walk around the Motomachi area of Hakodate in the cold air and walk up the slopes and enjoy the night scene Take a coat or pullover with you to keep from the cold at night during spring time where it is about 10 degrees. The wind can be very cold.

Hip hop clubs

by Alman

You'll find Hip hop clubs , in more places then you'd expect. They play good music, although it's not always Hip-hop. Whats cool about these places is they often have breakdancers come in, and there is always lots of freestyling. Its worth going to see the Japanese twist on hip- hop!! Nothing .. Really people dont overdress!!!!

Karaoke in Roppongi

by nicolettart

I have a funny, foggy memory of singing karaoke in the Roppongi section of Tokyo. Roppingi is a pretty happening place--you'll find restaurants, including the Hard Rock Cafe, shops, and nightclubs. For around 1000 yen a person you can have your own karaoke studio and I think a drink was included! So anyway, the memory makes me laugh because I did a solo of Frank Sinatra's "I Left My Heart in San Francisco", and I really cannot sing for beans! I'm pretty sure there was no dress code.

...: WHEN THE LIGHTS GO DOWN...

by heywinks

The cities are the places you want to go to if you want a "real" nightlife. In Tokyo, you can go to Roppongi & dance the night away. The same in Shinsaibashi in Osaka. In Kobe you can go to pubs owned by foreigners. But what if you are in the boonies with no city lights for kilometers around?? Well, what locals do are go to karaoke boxes, go to a sake restaurant or bar, or an izakaya (the restaurants with the brightly lit red lanterns lined up outside). Except for the big cities, everything closes pretty early here in Japan. Everyone`s home by 10pm!! These listed establishments open the latest in the small towns. There are the youngsters in the small towns who are in dire need of something to do & have to make their own kind of nightlife. You can find some of them gathering with their cool cars with the loud roaring engines at the local 24-hr convenient store, near the local train station,...

cluib asia and vuenos: clubbing

by chaistarr

live decent but not famous dj]ss. i saw some guys dancing like back stret boys, cordinated and everything. also lots of tanned girls with blond hair and go go boots, screaming excitedly to their friends. atleast on new years, but i think always...i stayed until 5am and it was still busy. you can walk in and out, so if an ampm visit suits you(and it is fun to explore ampm so many strange things!) then you can. it can get pretty crowded. but if you need some time away....well...away from most but not all people you can cozy up in one of the many neighboring love hotels! typical club wear.

Main streets of Tokyo: The views of the city

by mgl77

Bang,Bang is what I call the hard hitters of the drummers. The shake of the speakers to the shaking of the hips. Everyone has the best time. I notices a lot of short skirts.Oh' la la. Long and sleeky legs with high pumps makes plenty to look at.I checked out the Formula one race.Man! I'll tell you those high cut swimsuits with hose and long legs that flow right up..Well you what I mean.

Tokyo and all cities have a...

by Pavlik_NL

Tokyo and all cities have a booming nightlife that however ends relatively early. One of the unbelievable sides of a metropole with 30 million souls is that it sleeps at night. From around one o'clock until half past four (when the commuting starts again) it is silent in the streets. The Japanese sing-a-long-bars: Karaoke!

Well, you really don't have...

by yen_2

Well, you really don't have to worry in where to go @ night here in Japan, they have everything that you can take a pick at night outs...thay have a district or a one place for only night clubs, bars and karaoke. In Tokyo, it's called as 'Roppongi', where prostitutions varies, you can experience ladies giving you a pamphlet in the streets introducing there bars and sometimes with the photo's of the ladies within that club. It's not new in here, I mean entertainer usually they are not Japanese womens. So, you might to visit this place and it's cool though!

Roppongi: Roppongi

by Spydey

This place has everything. It's been a while since I've been there, but I'm sure it's still the place to go. You could conceivably party 24 hours straight and go to 6 different places. It's also the place where the Hard Rock Cafe is. Great view of Tokyo Tower from the main street too. Depends on where you go.
