Is known as the first Club Style Bar in Okinawa, 3 years in and they are still going strong. Bar Spade is legendary among the military as well as locals. Just tell any cab driver Bar Spade in Naha City and he will know where to take you. Open till 7am with 500yen drinks, check out the web site www.barspade.com or add them on Face Book, this is the place to meet, see and be seen in Naha.
Best thing is you can get a bunk upstairs on the 6th floor for only 1600yen or private rooms for 2800yen, brilliant a hotel above a bar!! bookem in advance at www.kumojisohostel.com

They came and picked me and 30 of my friends up at futenma with a Party Bus. There flat rate included all we could drink on the bus, round trip transportation, even a free drink at the bar! They invited several local girls to come with us too. The girls were pretty hot and most of them wanted to improve there English. The Party Bus took us all the way to Naha. It was one of my best times in Okinawa.

Located in downtown Naha in the popular Kumoji district. This is a great place to have a fun night with friends or meet new ones. The owner is American and is well connected with the happenings on Okinawa. The interior is new and modern, they feature the Premier-Dam Karaoke machine with thousands of songs in 5 languages and a full bar. Drinks start at 500yen and Karaoke is only 100yen, they have a free billiard table, foosball and the staff speaks English and are helpful to tourists. They accept credit cards, US Dollars and of course Yen. We had a great time in the 4 hours we where, then left with a very reasonable bill.

Kin area has started to evolve into a more reputable Night Life area. Diversified, it still has some “Buy me Drinky Bars,” Pubs, Pool Halls, and Hole in the wall clubs; but the area is starting to get some quality local live entertainment in some of the American owned establishments. Some of the clubs offer different venues of music that before could only be found in clubs down in the Southern part of the island. Also, Kin is the birthplace of “King Tacos,” and is frequented by Japanese tourist to try the famous Taco, Rice, and Cheese. If you live or are traveling up North of Okinawa City, it worth a visit or an evening of bar hopping.
Dress Code: Mostly casual, but in some of the dance clubs, the ladies do dress to impress. So guys, if you want to have a more interesting evening, make sure to leave your sandals and shorts at home-especially when some of the clubs are having live entertainment nights.

Gate 2 street is definately the place if you like to party. By day the strip is the shopping district and by night the party district. The streets are lined with bars and nightclubs of all kinds. Some of my favorites were Fujiyamas (a sort of punk bar with live bands) Dragons (a hip hop club with great music and dancing) Gate 2 Garage (a chill little place that stays open really late)...you can find whatever you are looking for.
Dress Code: Some bars had dress codes but in general there arent any!

If you want attention from hot Filippina women and maybe some sex too, then you've come to the right spot. Yakiniku is a bar/brothel three blocks outside Gate 2 of Kadena Air Base. This place is ran by many mama-sans who will not hesitate in asking you if you want a girl. And if you do she will not hesitate in forcing you to buy her a drink. You can drink alone but in the end the mama-sans always win. By then the chick you've baught a drink for may have inticed you to go up stairs with her for a little action. Well it depends on your wallet. If your with friends you can distribute the women evenly and your paycheck too!
Dress Code: Shorts and sandles will do. Just as long as you have currencey and lots of it in your wallet.

Outside Gate 2 of Kadena Air Base in Okinawa lays a string of streets lined with bars and strip joints. It offers anywhere from a sit down and drink to a sit down "buy me drinkie while my friend strips onstage for you" bar. It is sin city out there my friends. SIN city.
But if your single, not an avid church goer, then I suggest you go and indulge yourself on a payday or weekend.
Dress Code: You can dress like a homeless bumb with just a towel around your waist to a high class business man the "mama-sans" out there are there just for you money.
