The HRC Osaka is no different from any of the dozens of others all over the world. The gaudy, lavish decorations are comprised of music memorabilia, rock & roll music plays loud, and the menu features some hearty meals. This is perhaps the best place you can go in Japan for hamburgers and other meat dishes, though the other entrees are equally as good. Prices are typically between JPY1,000 and JPY2,000. Drinks--beer and cocktails--start around JPY500. Note, too, that the HRC tends to be a favorite stopping off place for local celebrities.

Well ... no need to introduce this place ... Its the Hard Rock Cafe in Osaka - Universal Walk. It is just right before the entrance of Universal Studios. We did not have the chance to eat there but we went in to shop buy to some shirts though.
