MUSEUMS OF OSAKA:
Museum of Oriental Ceramics: This museum houses approximately 1300 exhibits, including many designated National Treasures & major cultural assets. The world-famous Ataka Collection of Oriental Art is also housed here.
Idemitsu Museum of Art: Displays 5 or 6 exhibitions a year, featuring items from the Idemitsu Collection, which is said to number some 20,000 items. The gallery is located in Shinsaibashi, on the top floor of the building.
Yuki Art Museum: This gallery exhibits a collection of works of a famous, traditional Japanese restaurant. Visitors get to view the precious works of art housed in this building.
Manno Art Museum: This gallery exhibits many highly valuable arts & crafts exhibits from Japan, China & Korea. The traditional Japanese teahouse & garden on display are also well worth a visit.
The Science Museum: Under the world's largest dome, the museum houses exhibits on a huge range of topics like outer space, natural science & technology. It also has a state-of-the-art planetarium & a huge Omnimax screen.
Modern Transportation Museum: This museum houses exhibits showing land, sea & air transport vehicles. Many of the exhibits are real vehicles ranging from linear motor cars to steam trains.

A fabulous museum Near Osaka Castle. There are very few English explanations with the exhibits, but the guides speak a little.
Great view.

The mint bureau and the Osaka Castle

The Mint Bureau is with the a coin production plant where you can have the plant tour and the Mint Museum. The guide in the bureau was very nice.
