Karatsu castle, was built by Terasawa Hirotaka in 1602, and is located at the area facing Genkai sea in Karatsu-city.
Since the Karatsu castle resembles the figure which arcane is dancing, it is called the alias izuru castle. (Dancing Crane Castle).

Arita Porcelain Park, is a theme park of porcelain, is located in Arita where is the birthplace of Japanese porcelain and it is said that the Arita ware also affected the Meissen ware.
The landmark in the park is the palace that was reproducing the Palace in Germany.

Nagoya Castle was built as a base for making an attack on Korea and China by Toyotomi Hideyoshi in 16th century.
The area of the Nagoya Castle ruins is 170,000 square meters.
From heist point of the Nagoya Castle ruins, the previous castle town can be seen.

Nijino-Matsubara, a rainbow pine tree field called Japanese, is located on the Karatsu bay coast in Karatsu, Saga-ken.
It is listed as one of the Big Three Matsubara (pine tree field), and a part Genkai National Park.
About one million pine trees were planted for protection against wind and tide, the length of the pine field is about 5km.
