Cocotte is a pasta restaurant with great dinner/lunch sets. They have seafood pastas, vegetable risotto, and various spaghettis. Sets include a piece of bread, crispy salad, and drinks along with your meal. I got the bacon and mozerella cheese spaghetti set for 1000 yen. It was delicious! Lots of mozerella and the tomato sauce was good!
The atmosphere is really nice inside. It is in one of the historic buildings on the Castle Road and they've maintained the blackened wood and white walls however, they've given it a very modern feel with the decor. If you like pasta, it's definitely worth a stop while visiting Castle Road.
