Oigawa Line Train Ride From Kakegawa
Most of the Hotels in Kakegawa promote Oigawa Line ride trip. Some hotels even drive you to Kanaya station the start of the train ride. This tip is intended for general tourists who use Shinkansen Express Train to Kakegawa. After taking off from Shinkansen, first change trains to local JR train. To get to Kanaya station you have to ride the train starting from either #1 platform or #2 platform then the destination must be either "Shizuoka" "Okitsu" "Mishima" or "Atami" not "Hamamatsu" "Toyohashi" or "Ogaki". After taking the right train you get off at Kanaya station second station from Kakegawa. Then the Oigawa line train starts there. I will have the tip for Oigawa Train Ride in detail either in my Kakegawa, Kanaya and Senzu page in near future.
