Odoriko Express is a non-stop train service from Tokyo to Shimoda or Shuzenji. It saves the hassle of Shinkansen-local-train transit at Atami and the duration of the train ride is not that different. It takes about 2 hours and 43 minutes from Tokyo. During summertime it is hard to get reserved ticket so get the ticket in advance as early as you can.
