If you decide to take the bus to Motegi, be sure to have enough funds for your journey home. After the journey there, the bus driver collected the fare, only 3 people on the local bus.
Had decided last minute to jump on a bus to see the formula 1 race of motorcycles. Had enough funds to get there, few beers, tickets, and figured to head to bank machine. Bank machines are not always working. The buses are waiting in remote area in the fields. On the return journey funds are collected prior to boarding...had no funds, as the bank machines were not working race day, the bus driver trying to collect funds- I did not have- took pity and after I tried to convey I would hit a bank machine and pay him just laughed...be sure to have enough funds for the journey home. Not every bus driver will take pity or have a sense of humor.
