Fondest memory: Here's the 2 VTers who have been very kind to put up with me on this wonderful hike to Takao-san.
Our very own Dimitris (from Greek) & Atsuko!
(Purple vs Pink; wasn't there a movie with the title Kramer vs Kramer? Something like that? ;-))
Atsuko has so kindly invited me to stay at her apartment! Well, may be one day... Thanks! :-)
In the mean time, Atsuko, leave Dimitris alone with his computer games!
We can then go shopping & get some of those Gucci bags :-)))

Fondest memory: Here I'm back in the office, looking out of the windows & day-dreaming...
Trying to build a page & looking at photos from last week's trip...
Then memories began to return & brought back something funny ... :-)))
Ok, ok, don't remind me of what I should or should not do in the office ;-)
There's the freedom of thought, remember?
Anyhow, the word "should" or "ought to be" is what has been bringing back the smiles.
On that wonderful sunday hike, Atsuko & Dimitris were "arguing" as to what the color of the sakura was.
Dimitris - Purple.
Atsuko - Pink.
Now, what can I say?
Most ladies would think it's pink.
Most men, I don't know... never truly hear a man discussing about the colors of sakura!
Me? On that sunday, well... it's pink but with a tinge of blue in it. So, technically, it became purple as any guy would call it.
Then again, it doesn't look purple.
So, I said, either its lavender or lilac!
Well, Dimitris think that's better than pink, lol...
Funny how couples would "argue" about things! ;-)
But I learn one thing... when it comes to couples, there's no right or wrong.
Just remember what's important to either of them!

Favorite thing: Not that I dislike Tokyo, but it's nice to get out and see some of the countryside, nice scenery, and real greenery. Takao-san offers all of that.
A great place to take a picnic lunch and chill out.

This was my first time in this part of Tokyo. It is like a smaller version of Shinjuku, but a tad more laid back. Although it is becoming internationalized, I liked the fact that there are still few...

TAKAO-SAN was where we headed on our day-excursion from Tokyo during the Easter long-weekend. It was a wonderful suggestion by VTer Atsuko & had it not been for her, I wouldn't even know this place......
