Setagaya Boroichi also known as "Setagaya Rag Market" is not only one of the most popular flea market events in Tokyo, but it is more than 400 years old, designated as Important Intangible Folklore Cultural Asset by Tokyo Metropolitan Government. It is held on 15th or 16th of December and January. This time(2011-12) January 15 market will be really crowded because that day falls on Sunday. I am afraid I will miss this event again this time as well.
