For tourists who want to visit Gotokuji temple or enjoy the Setagaya "Boroichi" Rag Market event, they must first get to Sangenjaya where Setagaya line starts. From the areas west from Tokyo such as Hamamatsu, Nagoya, Kyoto and Osaka, get off the Shinkansen Super-Express at Shinagawa station. From Shinagawa station first get to the exit for local train and change trains to Yamanote Loop bound for Shibuya and Shinjuku. Change trains at Shibuya and take Den-en Toshi Line. At Shibuya station Den-en Toshi Line and Hanzomon metro line share the same line. Get off at Hachiko exit of Shibuya station and take the Den-en Toshi line bound for Chuo Rinkan. Sangenjaya is the second station from Shibuya.
