A sweet smile at Guru-guru Sushi bar

This is the least expensive sushi you can have in Japan. I plate cost about US$1 but it depends on season and location. The price may simply goes up as US$3 per plate, must check before you go in.

Favorite Dish: Negi Toro and Uni is my favorate.

GURU-GURU SUSHI shops... for the fast-food version of the Japanese delicacy. :) Little round plates with two pieces of sushi each are constantly revolving around the counter on a conveyor belt. You take what you like as it passes by, and pay a fee per plate after your meal.

Favorite Dish: Almost all kinds of sushi... with the exception of 'uni' (sea urchin) and 'natto' (fermented beans), for which I was unable to acquire a taste. :(
