Yabu: a Soba Restaurant in Asakusa

We have eaten Soba since Edo piriod in Japan.
There are so many soba restaurants in Japan, but the shops serving delicious soba are not so many.
There are three famous family lines who have owned the restaurants, and each family has its own taste.
one is "Sarashina", they have four restaurants in Tokyo.
Another one is "Sunaba", they have three.
And last one is "Yabu", they also have three.
Two lines from above have sophisticated flavors, and Yabu is said to have the taste for ordinary people.

Favorite Dish: I like "Zaru", the simplest menu, but "Tamago-toji" is popular among frequent visiters.
