Ninja Akasaka: Food fires are free!
The atmosphere was the best part of the experience here. You're led through a winding passage by a ninja, then shown to your table. Ours was in our own personal room, I believe most of the tables are like this. Service was prompt and super friendly. Everyone but the magician spoke very good English. The food was amazing, if somewhat expensive.
I would recommend reservations a couple days in advance before you go, especially if it's on a weekend. You can make reservations fairly easily on their website.
Favorite Dish: For dessert I shared the chocolate fondant with a friend. It was amazing, definitely the best part of the meal.

Ninja: Ninja theme restaurant!
This restaurant is a quite enjoyable secluded find. The entrance seems almost hidden, the Ninja sign illuminated by torches alongside. As you enter you arrive in a darkened room illuminated only by the light beaming down on the list of reservations. It's a small room with no obvious doors and can vaguely make out the sounds of running water coming from somewhere within the building.
The hostess yells and a secret door slides open, and steps through is a Ninja who is in charge of taking you to your table. It's quite a large restaurant, with each dining room very small and very private while the passageways are like little mazes. There's a fun little surprise involving a drawbridge as you make your way to your table.
The menus are written on scrolls unfurled from the Ninja server's belt. Everyone enjoyed the food and the prices are about what you'd expect for a fancy-ish theme restaurant.
Great for a small group looking for an amusing way to start an evening. I would recommend calling ahead for reservations, especially on weekends.
Favorite Dish: Had the orange chicken. Tiny portions, but very tasty.
