    Airobic? Dancing?

    by o00o Updated Aug 20, 2004

    4.5 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

Smart traveller know how to find the best way to move their body, you could be very tired of walking during the whole day in Tokyo, ..if you think you need more excercises, go to any night club dancing the whole night through.

Equipment: With my Rugby Team member at Velfare in Roppongi

Rugby -- Japan's best kept secret!

by Troopie Written Jul 21, 2003

Rugby is one of Japan's best-kept secrets, with 4,785 clubs, over 77,000 adult players (plus over 62,000 younger players) and 3,890 referees -- of varying ability and eyesight! However, this noble sport gets no publicity, with the media pretending it has never heard of the game and strangely secretive administrators! If you are a foreigner living in Japan (or a broad-minded Nihon-jin) and you like rugby, then maybe you should check out the main rugby ground at Chichibunomiya, near Aoyama. Regular matches throughout the season.

Plenty of rugby is played at Tokyo's Prince Chichinobu Stadium, both Top League and International games.

Worth checking out, games are generally not expensive to go to.
