If you are coming from a small town, I think your head will spin here. You don't need to buy anything (though it is a shopping area, of course), just watch the crowds crossing the enormous intersections at Shibuya! It's unbelievable!!
The most famous road crossing in Japan.
Chaos occurs when the green man appears.
Nothing special, but one of the things you should see in Tokyo
Shibuya is a place where a lot of the young people hang out. There`s lots to do, but I also got the impression that one should be a little careful when there.
This is madness every 3 minutes (i think) the lights stop and evryone just crosses. I have never seen so many people in such a small area
Ko en Dori is very nice with lots of trees, interesting shops and restaurants. It's much more quiet than the maze of the crossing and the jungle of Center Gai !
The lively heart of Shibuya, walk along the small streets of this area. It offers a large number of small stores, karaoke, funky restaurants, pachinko and more !
The tower stands in front of the Shibuya Ward office and overlooks the Yoyogi park and the NHK studios
To get the best view of the Shibuya crossing and relax a bit, go in the coffee place located on the second floor of the tower shown on the picture, it's the ultimate place !
Shibuya, it is lively streets filled with young people and is major fashion center.
When you want to feel young this is the place to visit in Tokyo.
Shibuya intersection. You cross not just straight across, but also at an angle. When the pedestrian lights turn green the intersection is transformed into a pedestrian zone for 30seconds!
