The auctioneers selling huge tuna carcasses are very entertaining, and if you have the stomach for it, you can watch the fish being carved up into fillets after they're sold.
Tsukiji Fish Market. Get there early. Wow, the place is bustling with activity, so don't get run over! This is where the restaurants get their sushi and there's outside stalls to eat right outside.
