These shops at the entrance sell all the Disneyland merchandises. You may just keep swiping you plastics (credit cards) because all your friends expect you to bring back some souvenirs. Most of the merchandise that sold in any theme parks are mostly produced some other part of the world (like Taiwan ot China) & fetch a very high premium price. But for memorable sake, do we have a choice? Leave a Comment

I am sure many would consider Disneyland or its neighbour Disney Sea to be Tourist Traps so I have put it under here. I, however, unashamedly spent a whole day at Disneyland and thoroughly enjoyed the experience at the age of 26!! The cost for a daypass at either resort is 5,500 Yen for adults. The park opens at 9am and closes at 8pm. It is conveniently located on the Keiyo Line (JR) and takes about 40 minutes to reach Meihama Station from Tokyo. by Sharrie TOKYO DISNEYLAND & DISNEYSEA: The great American dream & a place where all dreams come true! Hey, though I love Disney & his theme parks, please do not waste your time over here in Tokyo. It's small compared to those of America's & crowded as well. There are always queues (this I heard from many people) & you'll really be trapped here! Consider this: Tokyo is one of the most expensive cities in the world, would you want to spend so much to stay a night in Tokyo & ended up visiting something of America? I hope not! There's so much to see in Tokyo! If you are in Japan, by all means see Japanese! Leave a Comment

Papa no chinko by o00o Traveler, never think of winning the money from Pachiko. I bet you will lose the money more that you win into the pocket. Without realizing, you may simply loose US$1000 in just an hour.
People smoke the cigarette inside the Pachiko this is really bad for our health
If you never see the pachinko before, just go in a smell the smoky air Leave a Comment

Have you been to Disneyland in California? Well then don't waste your time at Tokyo Disneyland - Maybe I just don't like Disneyland but it was but the exact same thing as the Californian park with the exception that everyone was giving instructions in Japanese. I don't understand what the big deal is? Animatronics? The technology is like 50 years old and they only built this Tokyo in the 1980's and in one of the world's most industrialized and advanced cities.
Space Mountain still kicks A$$
I would have spent my time at the "Docks" and area with a huge Ferris Wheel that you pass along on the way to Disneyland. Leave a Comment

Some shows are in Japanese so choose the ones with less dialogue but more visuals (i.e. in Sanrio Puroland and Disneyland) Leave a Comment
