There is no train station directly by the mountain, but it is still not difficult to reach.
You can take a train to Yonago Station and from the station, take a bus bound for Daisenji. Get off there (it will be the last stop) and you'll be just a short walk from the start of the trail. The bus ride should take slightly less than one hour.
