Tottori is Nature
Tottori-ken is a prefecture that's not known for it's bustling cities, like much of Japan. Instead, Tottori-ken is a more natural setting. Tottori is along the Sea of Japan, so the beaches are beautiful. It is also known for its sand dunes. I think the most beautiful natural wonder in Tottori is Daisen. In the winter, it is a popular place to skii. In the summer, the trails in the mountain are beautiful and have a lot of history behind them. (visit my Daisen page for more information and tips)
