Climb Mt. Fuji
During Summer Months of July and August, Mt. Fuji is officially open for climbing season., at which time there are bus routes which will run to a mid-point (so-called "5th Station" of Mt. Fuji), and mountain huts along the way for refreshments or rest. Usual hiking gear and average physical fitness for a moderately, but not extremely difficult hike.
