I really enjoyed the market. Different sections for meat, vegies, candies, clothes, crap, etc. There are a number of food stalls with tea and boiled eggs - also fried bread. Tasty!
Lots to choose from adn a lively atmosphere, especially Sunday.

Shared Vans leave frequently to Turkestan (2 hours) T300. It was easy and you arrive at the Market, which is bustling (at least on Sunday, when I arrived) From the market you can take bus #2 T20 to the Mosoleum, which is the main attraction. It's beautiful from the outside.

I've had a great day walking around Turkistan today. The Mosoleum is gorgeous from the outside; I've never seen the scale of tiled caligraphy before. Inside was a letdown, other than the original...
