Zababa seems to be a typical Pavlodar night spot. It is really restaurant but has dancing to go with the food. The waitresses are friendly and it is perfectly acceptable to ask total strangers sitting at tables eating to dance. The other similar place was the Taverna. The Taverna was a lot busier the night I went (Saturday night). Another similiar spot (by reputation) is West. The night I went to west (a Monday) it had a private party but freinds have told me it is normally quite busy.
