We were the only ones in the restaurant and they were out of sticky rice. But they said no problem and someone went outside got on a bike and went and got some sticky rice. We can't have a meal without sticky rice, what would be the point (I love sticky rice). Another interesting note came when my sister ordered orange juice. They seems surprised and warned us that it would cost $1, we were wondering why they warned us but it turns out it was just because $1 is a lot of money. We then watched them make the orange juice as one of the workers manually squeezed several oranges by hand. Yes it was freshly squeezed orange juice for $1. We thought about ordering another one but decided against it as it appeared to be a lot of work
The food was good and the prices average or above for Pakse (cheap by our standards though).

This is a little Vietnamese/Lao place. We had pho and some other items. The price is very reasonable and it is right by our hotel (Pakse Hotel).
Favorite Dish: Pho.
