It wasn't opened when I went but it was almost finished. But could you imagine betting on a hand of blackjack when $100 USD is equal to 1 million KIP??? That would be funny!
Everywhere you got there can be some great sunsets and photo opps. I like to just to sit their and remeber how good it is to be alive.
Well, maybe this is not the hottest club on earth but at least it plays Elvis' music. Casual
as far as i could tell there wasn't much nightlife to speak of . Laotians seem to go bed fairly early and there isn't enough of a tourist demand yet for alot of discos or anything like that.
Vientiane is nothing compared to Bangkok! or even ChiangMai... Make your own party!
