Laos people love to grilled meat. This one, grilled fresh river fish. Its looks not very presentable, but it was yummy!

Coconut Milk Pudding

This one is sweet in taste. Coconut milk pudding wrapped with banana leaves. Interesting taste, not bad, but not very taste I like.

Stick Rice Stick

Laos people love sticky rice. Besides steaming the rice in a bamboo case, another popular style is charcoal grilled stick rice on a stick.
