Macanese cuisine is obviously a mixture of Chinese and Portuguese. Quinella's offers the real-deal with decent size portions for extremely reasonable prices.
The wait staff will not likely speak English, but the menus have English subtitles, so you can easily point to what you want.
Favorite Dish: The bacalau in Macanese sauce is good, as is the broccoli in garlic sauce! We had about 6 dishes and shared family style, they were all good.

We wanted to have our lunch at Dumbo but they were closed and not open till lunch time.
It is quite easy to locate this building at one corner of the street with a big dumbo pic on their signboard.
They serve great desserts.

At the recommendation of our local TV station, we went in search of San Hou Lei for our lunch.
They served one of the best pork chop bun and noodles and birdnest tarts.

Taipa Village was a very pleasant surprise, it contains great colonial Architecture, Temples and a couple of good musuems all in a very compact walkable size.
