There are many readily available buses that you can take to Taipa. However, if you are so inclined, or just wish to save a little money...
Crown Casino offers a free shuttle from the ferry terminal to the casino. From there, most things are within easy walking distance. To find the bus, simply exit immigration and find the Crown Casino bus in the bus parking area to the left.

The Macau International Airport (MIA), which opened in late 1995, is one of the gateway to Macau. It is situated on the east side of Taipa Island, and the runway is built on a man-made island.
It is linked by the Friendship Bridge to the Ferry Terminal and by the Macau Taipa Bridge to the downtown area.
The passenger terminal is spacious with shops, restaurants, tourist
information and hotel booking counters.
Bus AP1 will bring you to Macau penisular at MOP3.30 as well as to the barrier gate to cross over to China border.

To rent a bicycle is a good option to travel in Macau. Islands can be easily visited by bike.
