This is the largest department store in Macau and is incredibly popular. New Yaohan is a weekend mall for Macau locals. You can find this place easily, close to the Macau Ferry Terminal. It is Mr. Alan Ho, general manager of STDM's Shipping Department, who runs the New Yaohan. Actually Japanese-owned New Yaohan was taken over by STDM and got its important position.
BTW:
the Macanese name this place P A P A - P O O N, isn't that cute???
What to buy: Although New Yaohan got its deals, soldes etc. the place is not that cheap, because of the premium brands and designer labels. Ofcourse you can do great shopping, especially fashion, electrics (Japanese made) and good food places. Remember the Macanese love to come here, tired of the market deals ... heeheeh
Open daily: 11:00 - 22:30 hrs
What to pay: I got some Touch-jeans there for 556.00 MAP, ie. about 55 Euro, that is ok, is it?

Hahaha 'cuse me, I donot know the name of this shop, and because of the stunt I named this shop the Shop Good Luck. It is close to the well-known and beautiful Square Largo de Senado and, walking into the direction of the Red Market you may be lucky to find this shop ... part of the ONE EURO culture.
What to buy: Because most of the times this Shop Good Luck has some great deals. Some really good deals! And the best is the table in front of the entrance where you may buy some very nice clothes for only ... ONE EURO (10 Macau Pattaca or MAP). Yep, even copies of design T-shirts could be in, like G-Stars, Diesel, Nike ... oowkee, mostly copies are a terrible buy, though these ones were in real good condition, and still are!
What to pay: ONE EURO!
