In the North part of the Penisula, this temple built in 1627 is dedicated to Kung Iam the goddess of Mercy. It was at this temple in 1844 that the US and China signed there first trade treaty.

Nicely decorated, this courtyard near the Penha Church is where you can have magnificent views from Macau and Taipa specially in open days… we had then the bad luck of visiting a foggy Macau.

The stone gateway at the entrance of Flora Garden was once the palace guardhouse. You reach this entrance on the Avenue Sidonio Pais, some minutes walking from the ferry terminal.
