Entrance to Jai Alai Palace Stadium by hopang You may watch the fastest ball game in the world known as Jai Alai when you are having your vacation in Macao. This interesting sport is held nightly at Jai Alai Palace Stadium in Casino Pelota Basca at Estrada da Pelota Basca in the northeastern end of the country. The stadium has a seating capacity for approximately 5,000 spectators. It has a stage with a 30 metre long court known as frontón where the players will entertain the spectators with the game of speed. It opens to the public nightly at 7.30 p.m. except on Sunday when it opens at 2.00 p.m. Unfortunately photography with flash light is not allowed in the stadium so as not to distract the players. I ran on this path every morning by rachel_simhon As an avid runner myself, I am often somewhat disappointed at the lack of good places to run in most Asian cities. Macau, however, has to be the biggest exception to this. One of the first things I noticed about the city state was what an ideal place it was to run: oceanside paths and walkways, few people, light traffic, relatively little pollution, and even hills for the adventurous! To my amusement, I was clearly not the only one who had noticed this, as seemingly everyone else on the island was out for a run at 6:30 AM (not to mention the fact that the Macau Marathon is held there every December.) I joined the hordes of others who ran on the boardwalk on the way to the Macau Tower. What a great view to start the morning!

Try Skyjump and Skywalk X at the Macau Tower. I'm too speechless because I've never felt so amazing till I tried these daredevil stunts! :) But hey, try all these sports before they raise their prices by 10% in 2006! :) I'll write a better review later.
The best place: 61st Floor of the Macau Tower. Pay HKD70 as admission fee. Take the elevator then pay the cost of Skyjump and Skywalk X ... All you need is GUTS!
