    The indoor theme park at the First World Hotel also consists of many shops, ranging from clothings, shoes, electronics etc (just like a shopping centre). There is a shop near to the indoor ferris wheel (I cannot remember its name) which sells many beautiful soft toys and embroidery items such as pillows, table cloths, tissue box covers, photo frames etc. It is very popular and you should check it out when you are there. I have taken a few photos of this shop (see attached).

    There are many small shops along the walkways at the indoor theme park which sell small and cute items, especially for women and childeren. They are worth checking out, considering that you can bargain and the favourable currency exchange rate of the Malaysian dollar.

  • I acutally shopped quite alot in Genting. Most people would say there's nothing there, but What I bought was mostly little cute things like a 'naruto' coinbank, as well as scarfs and pashmina shawls.

    Price is about the same as the rest of Malaysia

    The variety and arrangement of tidbits at this shop is eye-catching. This is the first time I see 'tidbits mountains'.

    It is not really cheap to buy from here and since all are available for tasting, you should buy small portions of your favourite tidbits just to satisfy your craving temporary.

    The Cultural Village comprises of 12 stalls, each one featuring its own unique items.

    A must visit if you intend to get little colourful and interesting souvenirs to bring back home.It is located at Level 3 of the First World Plaza.

    Some interesting item to look out for are the adorable Japanese dolls,beads and accessories from India and not forgetting getting some nice Korean snacks too.
