Half boiled eggs was my breakfast at a local Batu Pahatians' restaurant, this is a very common breakfast in this country, in BP as well. Tourists only need to sit down and yell "two half boiled eggs please !" and best to eat with kopi (local coffee).
Bariani Power is a Malay Muslim restaurant selling some super delicious home cookings of mostly curry foods, i.e. nasi lemak. Be expect to long queue and wait for serve, many peoples wanted to eat here.
In the town centre where my BP friend introduced to me has a good restaurant selling famous Wan Tan Mee. The photo is the one, lots of customers and we waited quite long to eat just a plate of it and a bowl of share soup Wan Tans. Taste was good and quite different compare with Wan Tan Mee else where in the country. A must.
Siew Yoke (roast pork) is non-halal, pork, Extremely Delicious!!! The photo show the shop that sell Siew Yoke. It cost less than RM10 for a pack.
Old bus station coffe shops (morning), start 6am to 1pm daily at the old bus station of BP, very delicious especially the half boiled egss and coffee.
Ah See Restaurant (Wan Tan Mee), RM4.00 per plate, delicious. Located town center nearby Hong Leong bank.
Chicken rice in Batu Pahat so far did not impress me too much but at least not too bad, still okay and tasty but not extreme delicious type.
Bariani Power's owner I supposed he is, I saw him busy with the packing of nasi lemak, customers waiting, he has to work very hard. He has no smiles on face, very serious looking.
