The 18-holes par-72 golf course is designed by Michael Coates & Associates... Its fairways are surrounded by designed bungalows within the country club... The first nine (called the Valley Nine) plays to 3,204m into the hilly undulating terrains of Bukit Banang with picturesque winding fairways and sloping greens... The second nine (Lake Nine) playing to 3,100m is comparatively tougher due to the numerous lakes and streams that cut across the fairways... Course management and accuracy is of paramount importance here in roder to keep the score down...

Equipment: The club has the usual men and ladies changing rooms, a pro-shop as well as a driving range... For F&B, there is the airy Golfer's Terrace and the air-conditioned Indah Room... Besdies golf, there are also other sporting facilties including a swimming pool, tennis courts, squash courts, badminton court, table tennis and others...

The course is open every day, except Monday mornings for maintenance...

    Batu Pahat Golf Club

    par-4 hole #8...

The Batu Pahat Golf Club is a 9-holes par-36 course of cow grass fairways and greens... It is a fairly flat course measuring 2,874m from the blue tees (First Nine) and 2,896m from the white tees (Second Nine)... The highlight is the par-4 5th playing towards the clubhouse on the left and you usually gets a gallery watching your approach and your performance on the green – adding to the drama on this hole... It is one of the friendliest club that I have played and members go out of the way to assist you and make you welcomed...

Batu Pahat is a walking course - there are no buggies or turfmates. The caddies are a knowledgeable bunch and most of them have been with the club for more than 10 years.

Equipment: The club has only men changing room... It has a small driving range... For food, there is the golfer's terrace where drinks and a simple meal is available...

Weekdays green fees is RM42 for 9 or 18 holes... Weekend rate is RM63... Caddies for 9 holes is RM15 and RM30 for 18 holes (excluding tips)...
